NTC Network provides digital membership access, credits, booking request tools, provider marketplace visibility, secure deal tools, and concierge support. The website is the source of truth for account, payment, booking, membership, and credit activity.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure, providing accurate contact information, and using the platform only for lawful, respectful, and policy-compliant activity.
Digital access and fulfillment
Membership access, credits, booking request tools, and provider marketplace features are delivered digitally. Fulfillment records may include checkout session details, membership activation, credit ledger entries, booking request records, and account activity timestamps.
Payment authorization
By purchasing, customers authorize Stripe to process the selected payment and confirm that they reviewed the terms, refund policy, and cancellation policy shown before checkout.
Support and disputes
