How customers cancel memberships, requests, and support workflows.

Membership cancellation

Customers may cancel membership renewal from billing support or the available billing portal. Access remains available through the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Booking request cancellation

Booking request cancellation depends on the current status. Requests that have not been accepted or confirmed may be eligible for automatic release or refund of eligible holds. Confirmed requests require support review.

Secure Deal cancellation

Secure Deals may be cancelled before both sides accept and before payment is finalized. Paid or disputed Secure Deals follow the review and release/refund process shown in the Secure Deal timeline.

Support path

Use the support form for cancellation questions so NTC can record the request, review the timeline, and prevent avoidable payment disputes.

Checkout disclosures

Membership access is digital and begins after successful checkout.
Credits are delivered to the account ledger and can be used only for eligible platform actions.
Booking requests are requests for routing and confirmation, not a guarantee of provider acceptance.
Payment, account, booking, and credit actions are controlled by the website as source of truth.
Customers can contact support for fulfillment, refund, cancellation, or billing questions.
