Payment card information is processed by Stripe. NTC stores payment references, checkout session identifiers, product purchased, fulfillment status, and related support records for reconciliation and dispute prevention.

Information is used to provide digital access, route requests, deliver credits, support customers, detect fraud, prevent disputes, and maintain accurate fulfillment records.

Private booking, account, provider, and payment details are limited to authorized operational views. Public group chats never expose private account, provider, payment, or booking details.

Membership access is digital and begins after successful checkout.
Credits are delivered to the account ledger and can be used only for eligible platform actions.
Booking requests are requests for routing and confirmation, not a guarantee of provider acceptance.
